Tell us a little about your venue.
Our covered tent venue is 25 by 80 feet and can hold up to 250 guests for a seated reception. It is wired throughout and includes a fully functional bar.
How much time is included for setup and tear down of our event?
We only host one wedding per week. If your wedding is on a Saturday, you can start setting up as early as Wednesday and tear down the Sunday after.
What kind of equipment do you have available for music & sound (mic, speakers, etc.)?
We have DJ lights and a mirror ball in the event your hired DJ doesn't have any. If you are not hiring a DJ, you are required to rent your own sound system and microphones for music and speeches.
Do you have a list of preferred or exclusive vendors? Can I bring in an outside caterer?
If you need some recommendations, we do have a list of vendors that we have worked with. You are more than welcome to bring in your own caterer, they will have access to a full kitchen.
Are there overnight accommodations on site or near by?
We offer several overnight rustic cabins on site. If you require additional accommodations, there are a few motels less than 10 minutes away.
Do you offer discounted pricing for an off season booking, or Sunday - Friday date?
Unfortunately we do not offer discounted rates for off season bookings.
Do you provide any décor items?
Yes we have a variety of decor items available including paper lanterns and a light backdrop. You can contact us for a complete list.
How much notice do you require to book your venue?
Most couples tour the venue a year in advance and book shortly after seeing the venue. We recommend coming out for a site visit as soon as you are able to.
Do you have staff on-site to help with coordination, setup and tear down?
Yes, you will have lots of help on your special day.
